For two nights, mixologists who never run out of juice as well as several emblematic figures of the last great gastronomical decades will let you access their hard drives and open the most salivating files of their Memory.
A unique Time'Mach'Inn menu will feature 3 stops in the contemporary years of taste, with each course and cocktail representing major cooking trends from the 1990s, 2000s and 2010s.

* 1st stop/Appetizer: The Fusion Cuisine (1991-1999) years with Peter Gordon of The Sugar Club, London/Auckland & mixologist Jeannette Levis (Jameson Ambassador)
* 2nd stop/Entree: The Bistronomy Years (1998-2007), with Yves Camdeborde of Le Comptoir du Relais, Paris (Bistronomy) & mixologist Tristan Willey (Booker & Dax)
* 3rd stop/Dessert: The Farm-to-Table years (2008-) with Frank Falcinelli and Frank Castronovo of Frankies Spuntino & Prime Meats, NY (Farm-to-table) paired with Whisky on the rocks
